What is your frame return policy?
We allow school frame returns up to 30 days from your date of purchase, even if your product is personalized! If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund (shipping excluded), or exchange your product for something of the same value.
Do you offer free shipping for school frames?
Yes, we are proud to offer free shipping on all of our products within the US. We do also ship internationally, but this is charged at the standard international shipping rate. Production tends to be between 3-5 business days whilst shipping is 1-5 business days depending on the location.
Can I personalize my frame with any name?
Because we handcraft our bespoke school picture frames to order, you can customize your frame with any name/letter combination that you’d like. We have an upper character limit of 13 letters but you are free to choose any name within that.
