Shipping & Returns

 

Our holiday deadline date can be found as a banner on the home page. If you order on or before this date we guarantee to send out your package in time for Christmas. Some exceptions can be made--please reach out to us with questions!

 

We guarantee to SHIP your order with enough time for USPS or UPS to deliver by Xmas (according to their shipping deadlines). (Please order with enough time anticipating a possible delay) These are our two Major shippers.  This does not absolutely guarantee you'll get it in time. Delay's do happen at USPS/UPS. If your package is delayed please reach out to your local post office to inquire about your package with the tracking number you were provided with.Your package is shippedUSPS with GPS tracking and they should be able to tell you where it was last scanned.  In most cases, packages are not delayed, but this is a reminder that it does happen and sadly we cannot do anything about it once it leaves our facility. 

 If for some reason you need your package shipped with another carrierother than USPS/UPS it may result in a small upcharge, and may cause a delay during the holidays.

  • We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products 100%. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your frame when it arrives, call 262.200.0011 or email us info@northlandframesandgifts.com . You can return it for a refund if it isn’t personalized. We will need to assign a Return Authorization Number for the return.  Returns received without a RTA will not be processed. Our return procedure is followed step by step in order to assure our customers that their return is received and is credited properly.

  • Most often it is easier to reach out to us to work out the details to see if we can resolve the issue and save you unnecessary costs.

  • Please note that if you are making a return the customer will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.

  • We deduct our cost to ship your item to you as it was an expense that came directly off the price of your purchase when it was shipped.  

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or nicked, we’ll replace the item immediately at no cost to you.

  • Simply contact us by email or Phone info@northlandframesandgifts.com or phone us 262-200-0011 we’ll need a picture of the damage, and then we’ll act promptly to resolve the issue!

 

Spelling or Date Errors:

  • If we make a mistake with spelling or dates on a personalized item, we will replace the item promptly!

  • We sincerely apologize for the oversight.

  • Please email us a picture of the mistake to info@northlandframesandgifts.com or call us at 262-200-0011, and we’ll send you a corrected item at no charge immediately.

  • We genuinely apologize when we overlook spelling errors!  We design so many New names everyday
